Privacy Statement
Horsley Kids Pty. Ltd. values your privacy and will only use the personal information that we collect about you, from you or your referees, to assess your employment application. The information we collect will be handled sensitively and securely with proper regards for privacy.
The information collected about you may be disclosed to Horsley Kids employees involved in assessing your application or in support roles, referees, and other third parties who assist with the Horsley Kids recruitment process.
If your application is unsuccessful, we will either destroy the information immediately, or, should we wish to consider you for other opportunities within the organisation, keep it on file for a maximum period of 12 months. If your application is successful, this personal information will be placed on your personal file and may be used by Horsley Kids in relation to your employment.
Consent and Warranty
I consent to Horsley Kids using and disclosing my personal information in the manner described above. I acknowledge and warrant that:
- I have read and understand the above Privacy Statement
- I am qualified to work in Australia and, if requested, can provide evidence of that fact (birth certificate, citizenship certificate, photo ID and/or working visa, as appropriate).
- All the information I submit to Horsley Kids via this site and or in any other way or format (including this form and any attached resume) is true and complete. I understand that any false or misleading information I provide may lead to rejection of my application, review of any employment I accept with Horsley Kids and potentially my dismissal from such employment.
- If any part of the information that is required by Horsley Kids changes in any way, it is my responsibility to make Horsley Kids aware of the changes as early as possible.
