The employees at Horsley Kids are our biggest asset. Management has employed educators with a wide range of qualifications, experience and expertise.
All staff access current information and resources on Early Childhood Education by attending training and development courses, in-services, and all staff hold current First Aid Certificates, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, Safe Sleep and supervision training, Child Protection and Child Safety training.
Staff members work closely with parents, providing care that meets the needs of the children, parents and local community.
The director and owner of our centre is highly motivated and experienced professional who organises and manages a great team.
All our staff are given guidance and ongoing support to reach professional satisfaction and growth. In turn they provide experiences and incorporate teaching opportunities that are deliberate and purposeful to help engage the children. We’re very proud of our staff as they help to lead each child from the exciting days of early learning, through a smooth transition into school.
Working with Children’s check, Child Protection, Mandatory Reporting
To comply with the Child Protection (Prohibited Employment) Act 1998 and the Commission for Children and Young People Act 1998, all staff employed and volunteers to the Centre undergo a Working with Children check.
